masa – 4 waktu tidak mencukupi untuk penilaian

assessment dari LPM lambat (bulan Sept 06) – dah ada yang ajar – terpaksa ulang kembali

PC rosak – guru ICT terpaksa repair – vendor ada tapi lambat – jejaskan P&P

pelajar kurang mahir dalam Bahasa Inggeris terutamanya ketika membuat “written assignment” dan lebih cenderung meniru rakan baik

“server down” – kerapkali berlaku semasa P&P

kesukaran untuk membaik pulih hardware yang rosak – response dari pihak berkenaan agak lambat

PC lama yang sentiasa rosak dan tidak cukup untuk kegunaan pelajar

guru kurang mahir dalam bidang “maintenance” & “networking”

Suggestions - we have discovered some approaches that can be implemented in the ICT assessment, some of us had been implemented the approaches

1. security measure peer-to-peer assessment validation of the tasks made by the students

and verify by teacher evidence – checklist given (ACF.M1.S01.1)

2. Teacher shows and explains the procedures and steps – students follow step-by-step installation procedures for software

3. PC assembling in pairs (assemble first, format later)

risk: PC explodes format first, assemble later

rational: anything happen to the PCs during the assembling, at least the students had learnt PC formatting

4. written assignment and presentation skills written assignment should not be presented group project

present as a group not individual (ACF.M1.S02.1) if we have 5 students in a group, maybe the

students will be presenting one or two slides each

suggestions: assessment should be 2 way communication – we emphasize this suggestions on WAF.M1.S02.1 (ACF. M1.S02.1 )

saya mencadangkan supaya projek bagi pelajar Tingkatan 5 tidak membebankan pelajar. Sebagai contoh – menggunakan perisian yang biasa digunakan oleh pelajar. Hal ini kerana setengah pelajar tidak dapat didedakan dengan perisian-perisian seperti COMIL, authorware dan lain-lain disebabkan oleh kekangan masa guru IT

guru ICT dapat diberikan 4 waktu pengurusan makmal bagi memberikan masa untuk guru menyediakan pentaksiran kerja kursus. Surat hitam putih diperlukan

perlukan peruntukan per/student seperti peruntukan untuk pelajar-pelajar kemahiran hidup

cuba adakan buku teks yang isi kandungannya meliputi aspek fundamental untuk setiap topik

to provide specific text book for teacers and students for ICT subject even tough teachers can find resources from Internet

Online-forms – paperless probably in future, scores or marks for students

assessment could e done online without using lots of papers

semua borang dan markah pelajar disimpan di dalam PC, jika pemantau datang refer PC/CD sahaja

guru hanya print Batch Score Form saaja untuk diantar ke LPM

dicadangkan LPM mengeluarkan sijil bagi Modul yang dilengkapkan ole pelajar seperti subject MPV

masalah calon tidak hadir untuk pentaksiran dalam tempoh ditetapkan

calon tidak dibenarkan mengambil/mendaftar ICT di tingkatan 5, seperti subjek MPV, calon perlu melengkapkan model minimum e.g. 50% pentaksiran Tingkatan 4 baru layak mendaftar ICT di Tingkatn 5
