Chairman's Message

I am pleased to observe that revamped website has been liked and appreciated by well wishers of the group. We have received many valuable suggestions to enrich the website, which are being suitably incorporated.

The Textile Industry is still passing through a rough weather due to high prices of raw materials - Cotton & Viscose, and extreme volatility in USD and Euro. We have taken proactive measures to hedge currency risks, consolidate domestic market and reduce cost without compromising on trusted Chiripal quality and timely delivery to the satisfaction of our valued customers.

We have expanded our processing capacity by installing Reggiani Printer, Tong Geng Jet Dyeing Machine, CBR & CDR line. The production capacity of flock fabrics have been scaled up with the commissioning of a state-of-the-art fully integrated coating/flocking line from Europe. The new line is capable of producing flock fabrics of apparel grade / premium upholstery with thickness of 0.4 mm to 1.1 mm in width up to 72" matching international standards. 53 Tsudakoma Airjet looms have been annexed in group companies to enhance production capacity of Bottom-weight and Denim fabrics.

Our captive Power Plant of 25 MW capacity has become operational in Piplej. We expect significant reduction in power cost resulting in low production cost and better margins. Of course our expansion efforts have generated employment to more than 200 persons in managerial, staff and workers category.

Three units manufacturing Warp knit fabrics, PP woven sacks and corrugated boxes started operations in our textile park - Vraj Integrated Textile Park (VITP). A Power Plant with 10 MW capacity is being commissioned in VITP to supplement uninterrupted low cost power to the units.

As an effort of the group to contribute towards social cause, Shanti Educational Initiatives (SEI) has been conceived to nurture young minds and talents to become tomorrow's responsible citizen. Shanti Juniors is a series of Playgroups addressing the educational needs of Preschool to Senior KG. Shanti Asiatic School provides education through Nursery to Standard VIII. Shanti Business School is a center of excellence for management studies.

Very soon we will be launching our new residential project with 3 BHK luxurious flats "Shanti Botanica" in Gandhinagar as part of our infrastructure foray.

We are poised to growth trajectory to maximise benefit to all stake holders associated with us directly or indirectly.
