How do thermal printers work? There are two ways by which the thermal printing process operates, but they have only one main component, which is heat. In older machines, the thermal printing process requires the use of heat-sensitive paper. A roll of such paper is placed in a container provided in the machine, with the end of the roll fed into a slot. Barangan adalah potongan plastik berbentuk ’U’ atau ’C’ dan berwarna kelabu. Rujuk gambar di atas. Barangan dikatakan diperbuat daripada polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Berdasarkan keterangan dari pemohon, barangan dihasilkan melalui proses extrusion mengikut bentuk cross sectional profile yang ditempah pelanggan.
Mengikut maklumat daripada pemohon, barangan diimport dalam bentuk memanjang dan setiap satu berukuran 2.5 meter. Rujuk gambar di bawah.
Kegunaan barangan ini adalah sebagai clip to hold the membrane sheet.
Mesyuarat Panel Penetapan Penjenisan memutuskan barangan ini sesuai diperjeniskan mengikut GIR 1 dan 6 di bawah kod tarif 3916.20 000 sebagai profile shape of polymers of vinyl chloride berdasarkan alasan-alasan berikut :
i. Analisis kimia mengesahkan barangan diperbuat daripada polyvinyl chloride. ii. Barangan adalah dalam bentuk profile shape berukuran 2.5 meter setiap satu. iii. Barangan dihasilkan melalui proses extrusion mengikut bentuk cross sectional profile
yang ditempah pelanggan. iv. Barangan mendapat liputan di dalam EN 2012 muka surat VII-3916-1 dengan
keterangan seperti berikut :

This heading covers monofilament of which any cross-sectional dimension exceeds 1 mm, rods, sticks, and profile shapes. These are obtained in the length in a single operation (generally extrusion), and they have a constant or repetitive cross-section, from one end to the other. Hollow profile shapes have a cross-section different from that of tubes, pipes and hoses of heading 39.17 (see Note 8 to this Chapter). The heading also includes such products which have been merely cut to a length exceeding the maximum cross-sectional dimension or surface-worked (polished, matt-finished, etc.), but not otherwise worked. Profile shapes with an adhesive surface, used for sealing window frames, are classified in this heading.
