PENGENALAN

LATAR BELAKANG PENIAGAAN

Nama restoren kami ialahsweet sugar bun. Kami menamakan

restoren kami dengan nama ini kerana merujuk kepada menu yang terdapat di

restoren kami yang berasaskan kemanisan yang disertai dengan keriangan dengan

ketulan-ketulan ais yang kecil. Selain itu,kami menggunakan nama ini kerana senang

diingati dan mudah difahami kepada semua pengunjung dan mereka sering

menggunakan perkataan yang kami gunakan.

Restoren kami akan mula beroperasi pada tahun 2015. Tarikh bagi

memulakan peniagaan pada 05/05/2015dan kami akan menbuka restoren pada hari

sabtu hingga khamis bermula pada pukul 10.00 pagi hingga 10.30 malam.

Perniagaan kami akan beroperasi di premis yang beralamat :-

Sweet Sugar Bun,

Lot3.57-3.58,

2rd Flour Wisma Cosway,

88 Jalan Raja Chu Lan,

50200 Kuala Lumpur.

Kami memilih tempat ini kerana tempatnya yang strategik dan dijangkakan akan

mendapat sambutan daripada pelanggan kerana Kuala Lumpur merupakan salah

satu pusat bandar yang mempunyai taburan penduduk yang padat dan juga pusat

pelancongan yang terkenal di Malaysia.

OBJEKTIF PENIAGAAN

Tujuan kami menbuka restoren ini untuk mengkomersialkan pencuci mulut dari

tempatan ke antarabangsa. Kami juga ingin memberi peluang pekerjaan kepada pelajar

yang berbakat serta yang mengganggur yang berada di Malaysia. Selain itu, dengan

menbuka restoren ini kami dapat memajukan diri untuk menghadapi cabaran dan juga

memberi kemudahan masa hadapan.

Di samping itu, kami ingin memberi gambaran samaada projek yang dicadangkan

berdaya maju atau tidak. Sumber utama kami ialah dari sumber yang halal,kebersihan

menjadi lambang dalam peniagaan kami. Menggunakan produk yang berkualiti juga

lambang pada restoren kami supaya kami memperolehi pelanggan yang ramai serta

tidak memudaratkan kesihatan pelanggan yang berkunjung ke restoren kami.

Seterusnya, tujuan kami menbuka restoren ini kerana untuk menilai potensi

cadangan projek berhubung dengan pemohonan pembiayaan perniagan serta untuk

mendapat gambaran yang jelas idea kedudukan kewangan perniagaan bagi tujuan sama

ada akan memberi kemudahan kredit atau tidak.

ASPEK PENTADBIRAN

Sweet Sugar Bun merupakan sebuah restoren perkongsiaan. Restoren Sweet

Sugar Bun telah terajui oleh 5 orang pengurus utama iaitu, Pengurus Besar, Pengurus

Operasi, Pengurus Pemasaran, Pengurus Pentadbiran dan juga Pengurus Kewangan.

Manakala pekerjanya pula adalah seramai 10 orang.

a)mempromosi dan memperkenalkan produk.

b)menentukan jualan baranganatau produk yang disusun. c)banyak bertemu dengan pelanggan dan meminta pendapat mereka tentang

pencuci mulut yang dijual di kedai kami.

PENGURUS KEWANGAN

a)mengira untung dan rugi perniagaan. b)memberi gambaran mengenai kewangan syarikat. c)mengira kos pelbagai jenis jualan untuk di jual.

PENGURUS PERSONAL

a)melantik pegawai keselamatan untuk menjaga keselamatan di restoran. b)memantau kebersihan restoran selepas waktu perniagaan.

ASPEK PENIAGAAN

Sasaran Pelanggan

Sasaran pelanggan kami ialah pelancong asing. Selain itu,pekerja pejabat dan

pelajar-pelajar dari sekolah atau dari kolej yang berdekatan. Selain itu,pejalan kaki

(walk in) dan pelanggan yang membuat tempahan.

Anggaran bilangan pelanggan sehari/seminggu/sebulan

Dalam sehari restoren kami akan dikunjungi oleh pelanggan seramai 35.

Dalam seminggu pula seramai 210 yang akan mengunjungi restoren kami dan

sebulan seramai 945 orang pelanggan.

Kaedah promosi yang digunakan untuk memperkenalkan dan

meningkatkan jualan

Untuk mempromosikan menu restoren kami, syarikat kami menggunakan media

massa sebagai alat untuk memberitahu kepada orang ramai mengenai produk kami.

Syarikat kami juga telah mengedarkan brosur atau risalah dari rumah ke rumah dan di

hadapan pusat membeli belah yang mana menjadi tumpuan orang ramai.

Syarikat kami juga menggunakan kemudahan terkini iaitu dengan membuat blog

untuk memasarkan produk kami di dalam blogspot yang telah kami buat. Blog kami

adalah http://sweetsugarbun.blogspot.com . Di dalam blog kami, kami telah membuat

promosi dengan memaparkan produk-produk yang telah syarikat kami buat dan

menyatakan kelebihan produk yang kami keluarkan.

Di samping itu, syarikat kami juga memberi percubaan untuk merasa pelbagai

jenis menu keluaran kami secara percuma di hadapan kedai kami dan di shopping mall.
